🚀 SEEED Business Support Center (SAE) Mentors Training

From March 31 to April 10, 2026, the SEEED project, with support from the European Union through the INCUBOOST program and implemented by the PPI-Le CEENTRE consortium, organized a training session in Antananarivo for mentors from Business Support Centers (SAEs).

This training aimed to strengthen mentors' skills in entrepreneurial coaching, structuring support pathways, adult education, and monitoring and evaluation. It also allowed participants to familiarize themselves with the educational tools developed by the service provider Torio.

A total of 48 participants from the 20 beneficiary SAEs, as well as SEEED coaches, took part in this training, which was organized in two sessions to encourage discussion and practical application.

Through a program combining a supportive approach, diagnostic tools, facilitation techniques, and simulations, participants were able to strengthen their skills to better support entrepreneurs.

This initiative contributes to professionalizing entrepreneurial support in Madagascar and promoting a more structured ecosystem that fosters decent and sustainable employment.
